PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Secure Your Booking:

To secure your booking, you must inform Marvelous Travel of your request. A company Tour operator will contact you to discuss and finalize the arrangements and send you an itinerary for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and pay the deposit, as discussed in your details; to Marvelous Travel by bank transfer or credit / debit card (Visa and MasterCard, both are accepted).

 

To make the declarations to the authorities, you will be asked to kindly indicate:

– The full details of your international flights (flight number, name of airline, exact date and time of arrival).

– Send a copy of the passport of each one.

 

In case of an emergency during the trip, you can contact us 24/7.

 

We confirm the total price of your trip in EUR/USD/GBP.

PS: In the event of an increase in government taxes, site admission tickets or fuel, Marvelous Travel reserves the right to apply this increase immediately.

 

YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE ONCE WE WILL RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT.

 

For the payment of your trip, you will be asked to kindly pay within 7 days a deposit of at least 30 percent of the total amount of the stay. It is possible for you to pay more or to see the global sum if you wish.

PS: Due to the constant evolution of airfares prices, national fares are only valid at the time of booking and we will only book domestic flights once your payment is received.

 

GROUP (+15)/ AGENCY:

For the payment of your trip, you are invited to pay within 7 days a deposit of at least 50 percent of the total amount of the stay. It is possible for you to pay more or to see the global sum if you wish.

PS: Due to the ever-changing prices of airline tickets, national fares are only valid at the time of ticket booking and we will only book flights once your payment is received.

 

LAST MINUTE LESS THAN 1 WEEK:

For the payment of your trip, you are invited to pay the same day of confirmation, the Full Amount of your travel.

The balance must be received at the latest 1 month/3 weeks before your arrival by one of the two ways of payment previously indicated.

 

Once you have made the payment by one of the payment details below, we thank you kindly inform us by sending by email the transaction number and the exact amount sent.

 

Upon receipt of your payment, your trip will be definitively confirmed.

 

Here are the 2 different methods at your disposal to make the payment (ALL FEES ARE AT YOUR CHARGE):

 

1 – By secure online payment invoices customized for you, in USD/EUR/GBP (ALL FEES ARE AT YOUR CHARGE):

Credit/ Debit Card payments are collected by Gobran Group OÜ acting as an authorized agent of Marvelous Travel Subsequently. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by Gobran Group OÜ.

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined or charged back then the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased and if no payment is received or if a chargeback is made by the buyer after the tour date, then our third-party trek soft has the right to dispute it.

Online Payments Fees (ALL FEES ARE AT YOUR CHARGE):

1.4% + €0.25 for European Economic Area cards (+1.1% for UK cards)

and 2.9% + €0.25 for international cards

Cancelation policy (Excluding Peak Period):

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 15% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 60 and 41 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 40 and 30 days before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 29 and 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 14 and 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 7 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

 

Cancellation for Peak period (Christmas, New Year and Easter Vacation):

In case you cancel your trip, the following scale of charges will be applied:

From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 60 and 31 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 30 and 15 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Between 14 and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Additionally, airlines charge fees for both domestic and international flights which are subject to the airlines terms and conditions at the time of the booking.

 

Refunds:

A refund will normally be made to the same card account and using the same method as the original payment.
No refunds are possible for No-Show

 

Tipping Kitty:
Tips: Is a customary attitude for expressing one’s satisfaction of good services rendered to him by staff on duty with him. We advise if you are willing to offer it, this would be great – if not, you are not obliged to do it.

 

Complaints:
If you have a complaint while you are in Egypt. Please notify the company (Marvelous Travel) immediately, as most problems can be solved on the spot, if you feel your problem has still not been resolved please call the chairman of the company, but if after you return home you are still not satisfied you must e-mail us at info@marvelous.ee

 

Children Policy (A Child Share Parents’ Room):

 Policy for packages, Nile cruises, and hotels:

Under 2 years old: free of charge

Under 6 years old: 25% of total tour cost for an adult individual

Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual

All children 12 or older are considered adults.

If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

 

Policy for sightseeing tours & shore excursions:

Under 6 years old: free of charge

Under 12 years old: 50% of total tour cost for an adult individual

All children 12 or older are considered adults.

If your sightseeing tours include domestic flights or ferry boats, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

 

Acceptance of The Agreement:

The Contract constituted by the Company’s acceptance of the Client’s booking subject to these Booking Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Company, so the payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

 

Special Requests:
If the Client has any special requests, he should inform the Company at the time of booking. The Company and its suppliers will try to meet such requests but, as these do not form part of the Contract, the Company does not guarantee to do so, including for pre-bookable seats. If the Company confirms that a special request has been noted or passed to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to meet it. The Client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. The Company does not accept bookings which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.
